Terms and Conditions
1. Refundable Deposit
• A refundable deposit of $10 will be collected upon registration and refunded via PayNow within one week of the completed event upon confirmation of attendance.
• Refunds are only eligible for parents who attend the event.
2. Booking Cancellation
• Booking cancellations are eligible for a deposit refund if the school is informed at least 48 hours before the event date via [email/call/WhatsApp].
• Late cancellations (less than 48 hours) or no-shows will result in the deposit being forfeited.
3. Photo and Video Usage.
• Photos and videos may be taken during the event for marketing purposes, including use on the SOR website and social media platforms.
4. Pre-registration.
• Pre-registration is encouraged to secure participation in specific activities. Walk-ins are welcome but subject to availability.
5. Behavior and Conduct
• Participants are expected to follow the instructions provided by staff and trainers.• SOR reserves the right to remove any participant displaying inappropriate or disruptive behavior.
6. Safety and Supervision
•Parents or guardians must supervise their children at all times during the event.
7. Open House Changes
• The open house schedule and activities are subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances.
8. Liability
• The School of Robotics (SOR) will not be liable for any injuries or damages incurred during the event.
